Welcome to QB Rings. The terms "we", "us", "our" and "QBR" refer to QB Rings. QB Rings operates this store and website at qbring.com, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (together, the "Services"). Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. By visiting the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they reference, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in the state where you live to place an order. If you are under that age, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please give us accurate, current information when you place an order or create an account.

2. Products and Product Information

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors and details may look slightly different depending on your screen, and product photos are for illustration. We do not guarantee that every description, image or other content on the site is complete, current or error free.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue a product, or change product details at any time without notice.

3. Orders, Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Prices shown do not include applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that use the same customer account, payment method or address. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the charge to your original payment method.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of a typographical or system error, we may correct the error and cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

Payments are processed by Shopify and other third-party payment providers. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information and confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

4. Promotions, Discount Codes and Bundles

Promotions, discount codes and bundle pricing are subject to the terms shown with the offer. Unless an offer says otherwise, discount codes have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to past orders, and may not be combined with other offers. We may change or end any promotion at any time and may cancel orders that use a code in violation of its terms. If you return items purchased with a promotion or as part of a bundle, your refund will reflect the price you actually paid.

5. Shipping, Title and Risk of Loss

We currently ship within the United States only. Processing times, shipping costs and delivery details are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you when we hand your order to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Safe Play and Product Use

QB Rings is an active outdoor game that involves throwing and catching a football. By using our products, you agree to:

  • Set up the game on stable, level ground in an open area, clear of people, pets, vehicles, windows and other breakable objects.
  • Follow the official rules and any setup instructions included with the product.
  • Inspect the frame, rings and footballs before each use, and stop using any part that is damaged.
  • Make sure children play only under adult supervision.
  • Play responsibly and within your own physical abilities.

Physical activity carries an inherent risk of injury. You use our products at your own risk, and we are not responsible for injury or damage that results from misuse, modification, improper setup or failure to follow these guidelines, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Intellectual Property

The QB Rings name, logos, game rules, product designs, photos, text, graphics and other content on the Services are owned by or licensed to QB Rings and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use them for any commercial purpose without our written permission. You are welcome to share links to our site and to post about your own QB Rings games on social media.

9. Your Content and Feedback

If you send us reviews, photos, comments, chat messages, ideas or other material ("Your Content"), you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display and adapt Your Content in connection with the Services and our marketing, without compensation to you. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that it does not violate anyone's rights or any law and does not contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material. We may remove any content at our discretion.

These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, are the entire agreement between you and QB Rings about the Services. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. We may assign our rights under these Terms without notice.
